Before I coached leaders through loss, I spent decades helping organizations navigate transformation — in media, broadcasting and technology. I understand what it feels like when an entire industry shifts beneath your feet, when the future arrives faster than anyone planned, and when people are expected to perform through disruption they were never prepared for.

That experience is now the foundation of how I help organizations build resilience — not as a concept, but as a practical capacity for navigating what's actually coming.

Because every significant organizational change carries loss inside it. Restructuring. Digital transformation. Layoffs. Mergers. The loss of roles, identities, cultures and certainties that people built their working lives around. When that loss goes unnamed and unaddressed, it quietly becomes resistance, disengagement and turnover.
